Inventor includes Dr. Beemkumar Nagappan.

The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.

Abstract: A modular relaxation and posture correction seating device, comprising a horizontal base 101 positioned on a ground surface via multiple supporting legs 102 to allow a user sit on the base 101 while meditating, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 to monitor dimensions of the user’s lower spinal, a curved-shaped backrest 104 constructed with multiple extendable plates 105 to support the user’s torso by extension of the plates 105 in sync with multiple motorized hinges 106 to tilt the plates 105 for adjusting the shape of backrest 104, a pair of flaps 107 via a pair of V-shaped members 108 having a pair of primary motorized pivot joints, a pair of secondary motorized pivot joints tilt them in such manner that the flap get positioned in vicinity of the user’s foot portion, a LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) sensor for detecting positioning of the user’s foot.
