Abstract: A modular predictive micro-ecosystem simulation apparatus [100] pre-emptively evaluates xenobiotic chemical reaction kinetics and temporal toxicity prior to macroscopic agricultural application. A microfluidic mixing manifold [302] utilizes piezoelectric acoustic transducers for non-contact fluidic homogenization and autonomous ultrasonic cavitation purging. The fluid percolates through selectively removable soil chambers [208] to replicate spatial soil heterogeneity. A primary simulation chamber [303] encapsulates a biological specimen [109], regulated by an ecosystem actuation sub-system [200] to simulate accelerated diurnal circadian rhythms. An edge-computing main micro-processor node [101] fuses telemetry from a bio chemical sensing array [209] and a hyper-spectral visual acquisition unit [210] to calculate cellular degradation kinetics. It autonomously generates a localized compatibility grade independent of cloud computation. To ensure data sovereignty, a hardware firewall [112] acts as a unidirectional network diode, exclusively permitting the outbound transmission of cryptographically hashed diagnostic outputs.
