Abstract: A modular power-food item sieving device, comprises of a V-shaped hollow body 101, a microphone 103 is integrated on the body 101 for receiving voice commands of the user regarding sieving of the accommodated food item, plurality of links 104 assembled in a crisscross manner, integrated on sieving plate 107 configured on front portion of the body 101, for filtering out the food item from other impurities, a pneumatic actuator 105 configured on inner rear portion of body to push food towards the sieving plate 107 for continuous sieving, a vibrating unit 107 configured on the sieving plate 107 for producing vibrations of pre-defined intensity, a motorized suction unit 106 configured on the body, for generating a vacuum pressure for withdrawing the impurities, a motorized iris hole 109 is configured on bottom vertex of the body 101 to open for transferring oil from the body 101 and in container 111.
