Abstract: A modular humeral assembly (100) for reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) is disclosed. The modular humeral assembly (100) comprises a baseplate (106) attached to the bone to facilitate the placement of the arthroplasty implant. The modular humeral assembly (100) further comprises a first wedge (108) operatively coupled to the baseplate (106) to provide a fixed anatomical angle. The modular humeral assembly (100) further comprises a second wedge (112) detachably coupled between the first wedge (108) and the baseplate (106). The second wedge (112) provides an additional anatomical angle to the fixed anatomical angle created by the first wedge (108).
