Abstract: A modular food item baking assistive device, comprising an inverted U-shaped extendable frame 101 positioned above an open cooking hearth furnace, plurality of detachable links 103 attached with horizontal arm of the body accessed by the user for accommodating food items, a multi-sectioned chamber 104 installed on the frame 101 stored with different types of spices to actuate an electronic sprayer attached with the chamber 104 to dispense user-specified amount of spices over the food items, a telescopic gripper 105 mounted in the frame 101 to grip the baked food item from the link 103 and position the food item out of the furnace, a motorized air blower 106 arranged on the frame 101 for blowing stream of air towards the furnace and a flap 107 attached with the frame 101 to deployed over mount portion of the furnace to prevent spreading of spark outside of furnace.
