Abstract: A modular femoral stem assembly (100) with adjustable angular positions is disclosed. The modular femoral stem assembly (100) includes a proximal part 102 comprising a protrusion 106 with at least two threaded adjustment holes (108A, 108B). The distal part (104) includes a slot (112) configured to receive the protrusion (106); a locking hole (114) formed on side walls of the slot (112). The modular femoral stem assembly (100) further includes locking screw (202A) configured to extend through the locking hole (114) and engage with a selected hole from the at least two threaded adjustment holes (108A, 108B). The selected hole is selected based on a predetermined angle between the proximal part (102) and the distal part (104).
