Abstract: A modular bookmarking assistive device comprises of an elongated frame 101 developed to be positioned on a page of a book 201, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 102 integrated in the frame 101 for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of frame 101, a drawer arrangement 103 integrated in the frame 101 for increasing/decreasing dimensions of the frame 101, an ultrasonic sensor embedded on frame 101 for determining thickness of book 201, a microphone 105 integrated in body for enabling user to provide input voice specifications, a telescopically operated rod 108 integrated in between tool and sliding unit 106, for extending/retracting to enable tool to inscribe on page, a laser projection unit 109 arranged in frame 101 for projecting a laser beam on text, plurality of motorized pop- out balls 110 arranged underneath frame 101 to rotate in unanimity for applying a pulling force on page’s surface.
