Abstract: Abstract Disclosed is a modular bearing endurance test rig comprising an extrusion chassis supporting a drive motor, a main bearing housing, and a main transmission shaft having an axial bore for removably receiving a test shaft secured by a transverse locking pin. The removable test shaft carries a test bearing positioned within a test bearing block. An axial loading assembly comprising a guided carriage and an inline load cell applies axial loading, while a radial loading assembly comprising a guided carriage and an inline load cell applies transverse loading. The rig provides interchangeable test shafts, controlled force application, and a structurally supported testing arrangement. Optional features include keyed indexing, retaining collars, adaptor sleeves, alignment mandrels, adjustable bearing block positioning, reaction structures, removable inserts, replaceable liners, and sensor-receiving pockets for accommodating different bearing configurations and endurance testing requirements.
