Abstract: ABSTRACT MODIFIED SEWING MACHINE This invention provides a dynamically adaptive sewing machine system integrating thread tension regulation, dual-axis needle positioning, and active vibration damping into a synchronized mechanism. Overcoming the limitations of isolated, manual controls, the system utilizes real-time automated adjustments to prevent cumulative errors during high-speed operations ( 3000 RPM). By coordinating these subsystems, the invention maintains thread tension within ±5% deviation, achieves needle alignment accuracy of =0.1 mm, and restricts vibration amplitude below 0.2 mm. Consequently, this integrated approach reduces thread breakage to under 2%, cuts calibration time to less than 30 seconds, and decreases overall machine downtime by up to 15%. The unified mechanism significantly enhances productivity and stitch precision for technical textiles and automated garment production lines.
