Abstract: A mobility assistive device for bed-ridden patients, comprises of a rectangular plate 101 having multiple suction units 102 for affixing plate 101 with headboard of bed, a microphone 114 for receiving voice commands of the patient for getting up from bed, an imaging unit 103 detect presence and resting posture of a patient lying over bed, a hydraulic bar 104 extends towards footboard of bed for positioning a motorized roller 105 wrapped with a strap 107 over patient’s body portion, a handle 106 for getting up from bed, multiple motorized air blowers 108 blow hot/ cold air towards hand portion of patient, thus maintaining dryness and eliminating chances of slippage of patient’s hand, a pair of U-shaped telescopic links 109 for positioning a C-shaped member 110 towards waist portion of patient, a motorized drawer arrangement 111 extend/ retract for properly gripping patient’s waist portion for lifting patient from bed.
