MUMBAI, India, June 26 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202621056036 A) filed by Palledaar Private Limited on May 02, 2026, for Mobile Pneumatic Grain Handling, Bagging, And Loading System And Apparatus.
Inventor includes Ranjit Laxman Thorat.
The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: A mobile grain handling apparatus configurable between a road-transportable configuration and a field-deployable operational configuration. The apparatus comprises a pneumatic conveying assembly including a cyclone separator (4) and a rotary airlock (5), and a collapsible buffer storage vessel (12) deployable via a hydraulic system (15) to an elevated operational position. In the operational configuration, the buffer storage vessel (12) is positioned above at least one bagging station such that grain is transferred substantially by gravitational flow without intermediate powered conveying equipment, thereby reducing dust-induced failure modes compared to conventional inter-stage conveying in open-air environments. The apparatus further comprises bagging stations having discharge control mechanisms actuated by pneumatic cylinders, weighing systems including load cells, bag sealing machines (23), and bag transfer conveyors (7). A control system (9) actuates discharge based on real-time weight measurements. The buffer storage vessel (12) mediates flow, enabling bagging capacity to scale independently of conveying capacity.
