Abstract: ML-Driven Intelligent HRM System for Emotional Intelligence-Based Leadership Effectiveness and Employee Performance Prediction is the proposed invention. The proposed invention acquires structured HR data including employee profiles, emotional intelligence assessments, leadership evaluations, behavioral indicators, performance metrics, communication analytics, and organizational engagement information. After preprocessing and feature transformation, the TabNet model performs sequential attention-based feature selection to identify critical variables influencing leadership quality and employee performance. The trained model predicts leadership effectiveness, future performance potential, promotion readiness, retention risk, and personalized training requirements while providing interpretable explanations for each prediction. The system continuously updates its learning model using newly acquired organizational data, enabling adaptive workforce analytics and improved decision-making. The invention enhances leadership development, talent management, succession planning, organizational productivity, and employee engagement while providing transparent, accurate, and scalable AI-assisted HR management suitable for modern enterprises.
