Abstract: The present invention relates to an ML based dementia risk screening system designed to enable early identification and assessment of cognitive impairment through an automated and non-invasive approach. Dementia is a progressive neurological disorder that significantly affects memory, reasoning, and behavioral abilities, thereby impacting the overall quality of life. Early detection plays a crucial role in effective management and treatment; however, conventional diagnostic methods are ofte~ dependent on clinical expertise, time-intensive procedures, and limited accessibility. The proposed invention addresses these limitations by introducing an intelligent, scalable, and user-friendly system that facilitates remote cognitive health assessment using machine learning techniques. The system integrates multiple cognitive evaluation modules, including memory recall tests, number sequencing attention tests, and speech-based verbal fluency assessments, to analyze different aspects of cognitive functioning. These tests are designed to capture user responses in a structured format, which are subsequently processed and transformed into meaningful datasets. The processed data is then analyzed using trained machine learning models capable of identifying patterns and deviations associated with cognitive decline. Based on this
