Abstract: ABSTRACT MIRA6G: A RIS-ASSISTED MMWAVE COMMUNICATION FRAMEWORK WITH AI-BASED LATENCY PREDICTION FOR METAVERSE ACCESS The present invention discloses a MIRA6G simulation framework (100) for Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface (RIS) assisted millimeter wave (mmWave) Metaverse access integrating AI-based latency prediction. The framework comprises a physical layer including a next-generation Node B base station (110), RIS panels (120) with programmable meta-elements (122), and user equipment clusters (130) within a simulation environment (140). A Digital Twin module (150) maintains synchronized virtual replication for predictive channel forecasting. An AI optimization module (160) employing reinforcement learning coordinates scheduling, beamforming, and RIS phase configuration. The framework operates through four progressive scenarios achieving up to 75% throughput improvement, latency values of 0.71-0.75 ms meeting URLLC requirements, SNR enhancement to 35 dB, and fairness index approaching unity. The invention enables proactive adaptive optimization for sixth generation (6G) immersive communication applications. [
