Abstract: The present invention relates to a multi-functional chairside dental device termed “MiniIso” configured to provide isolation, soft tissue retraction, and bite stabilization during dental procedures. The device comprises a compact intra-oral body structure having integrated hooks for retaining a rubber dam sheet, retraction surfaces for retracting cheeks and tongue, and a bite stabilization portion functioning as a bite block. The device is fabricated using 3D printing technology utilizing biocompatible material such as WOL3D PLA PRO+ filament. The compact structure permits comfortable mouth breathing and reduces patient discomfort, particularly in pediatric patients. The device is reusable, chemically sterilizable, economical, and suitable for routine dental use. Comparative evaluation demonstrated enhanced isolation efficacy, retraction efficacy, bite block efficiency, and patient comfort relative to conventional isolation systems.
