Abstract: In today's fast-evolving healthcare environment, continuous monitoring of cardiac activity is essential for early detection of abnormalities. This project presents a miniaturized simulation-based pacemaker system developed using NodeMCU (ESP8266), MAX30100 sensor, and an OLED display. The system continuously measures heart rate (BPM) and oxygen saturation (Sp02) in real time and displays the data on a compact OLED screen. When abnormal heart conditions such as low or high BPM are detected, an alert is generated using a buzzer to notify the user instantly. The device is powered by a 3.7V rechargeable battery integrated with a TP4056 charging module, ensuring portability and efficient power management. This project demonstrates how embedded systems and biomedical sensors can be integrated to simulate pacemaker functionality. Although not intended for medical implantation, it serves as an effective educational prototype for understanding cardiac monitoring systems and real-time alert mechanisms
