Abstract: Microfluidic Feedback Controlled Precision Eye Drop Dispensing Device with Insulin Pen Based Dose Regulation System" ABSTRACT An apparatus for precision eye drop dispensing device is disclosed, comprising an insulin pen body 5 (001) configured to house a dose delivery mechanism for controlled dispensing of liquid medication. A dose dial mechanism (002) enables selection of a predefined micro-volume dosage, while a plunger assembly (003) generates a controlled displacement force based on the selected dosage. An intemal medication reservoir (004) stores and supplies the liquid medication for delivery. A microfluidic dropper nozzle (005), having a calibrated micro-channel and conical 10 outlet, receives the displaced liquid and forms a single droplet of controlled volume. A sensing module (006) detects parameters including applied force, displacement, and flow consistency during dispensing. A control mechanism (007) regulates actuation of the plunger assembly (003) based on sensed parameters to ensure uniform droplet formation. The apparatus provides repeatable droplet volumes in the range of 0.02 ml to 0.10 ml, independent of manual squeezing 15 force and device orientation, thereby improving dosing accuracy
