Abstract: The present invention discloses a microbial bioreactor system for adaptive aquaculture water quality management comprising a microbial treatment chamber, microbial support assembly, fluid circulation assembly, sensor monitoring module, and an intelligent control unit. The system utilizes controlled microbial consortia comprising beneficial microorganisms for biological conversion of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and organic pollutants present in aquaculture water. The sensor monitoring module continuously detects water quality parameters and communicates data to the control unit for analysis and regulation of operational conditions including aeration, water flow, and microbial activation. The system enables automated and sustainable maintenance of aquatic environments by optimizing microbial treatment efficiency, reducing harmful contaminants, minimizing chemical dependency, and improving water stability. The invention is applicable to fish farming, shrimp cultivation, hatcheries, and recirculating aquaculture systems.
