Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a system (100) and a method (400) of harvesting micro-turbine energy. The system (100) receives airflow and converts mechanical rotation into electrical energy using a micro-turbine Direct Current (DC) generator (104). The system (100) measures generated voltage through a voltage divider network (106) and measures current through a Hall- effect current sensor (108). The system (100) processes electrical parameters to determine operating conditions in real time. The system (100) regulates electrical loading using a relay-based load control circuit (110) to maintain safe and stable operation. The system (100) enables energy extraction under safe conditions and limits output during high values. The system (100) isolates load during unsafe conditions to prevent damage. The system (100) provides status feedback using a visual indicator (112) and an audible indicator (114). The system (100) performs adaptive closed-loop micro-turbine energy harvesting with real-time sensing, dynamic load control, and protection.
