Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are methods for preparing fluorine-containing propylene and a fluorochloropropane intermediate thereof. The method for preparing the fluorochloropropane intermediate comprises: subjecting dichloromethane, difluoromethane, and a fluorine-containing olefin of general formula CF2=CR1R2 to a liquid-phase addition reaction under the action of an addition catalyst to prepare fluorochloropropane of general formula of CF3CR1R2CH2Cl, wherein the content of the fluorine-containing olefin in a reaction system is monitored during the reaction process, and the content of the fluorine-containing olefin thereof is controlled to be less than or equal to 5%; and the addition catalyst is a mixed catalyst formed from a metal fluoride, a metal chloride, and a metal oxide, and the metal is selected from metal elements in group IIIA, IVB, or VA. The obtained fluorochloropropane intermediate is subjected to a hydrogen chloride removal reaction under the action of activated carbon or a metal alkali solution to obtain fluorine-containing propylene. The method of the present invention has the advantages of a simple process flow, mild reaction conditions, easy product separation, good product purity, a remarkably improved service life of the addition catalyst, etc.
