Abstract: ABSTRACT METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SELF-OPTIMIZATION IN WIRELESS NETWORKS Embodiments herein disclose methods for handling self- optimization in a wireless network (300) by a UE (100). The method includes transmitting, by a terminal User Equipment (UE), to a base station, information indicating whether the UE supports storage and delivery of successful Primary Secondary Cell Group (PSCell) addition or change information and receiving, from the base station, configuration information for reporting the successful PSCell addition or change information, the configuration information including a threshold corresponding to a timer. The method further includes determining whether a ratio between an elapsed time value of the timer and a configured timer value exceeds the threshold corresponding to the timer and, in response to determining that the ratio exceeds the threshold, storing the successful PSCell addition or change information. Thereafter, the method includes transmitting the stored successful PSCell addition or change information to the base station. FIG. 4
