The methods (400) include flexible Active Time and/or non-Active Time for Cell-DRX/Cell-DTX configuration(s). The methods (400) include Cell- DRX/Cell-DTX configurations for Radio Resource Control (RRC)_IDLE/RRC_INACTIVE states, and associations with RRC_CONNECTED Cell-DRX/Cell-DTX configurations. The methods (400) include signalling mechanisms for wake-up, sleep or Cell-off indications, and a new Downlink Control Information (DCI) format for indicating wake-up, sleep or Cell-off for specific Cell-DRX/Cell-DTX configuration(s) and associated parameters, signalling configurations, and procedural operations.
