Also provided herein are methods for treating heart failure (such as HFrEF, HFmrEF or HFpEF). Methods provided herein include administering to a subject an oligomeric agent containing a modified oligonucleotide containing a nucleobase sequence complementary to a sequence in an AGT nucleic acid, such as ION904. Further provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions containing ION904.
