Abstract: In various aspects, the present disclosure provides methods for detection of various cancer types, comprising measuring the level of target molecules in a sample. In some embodiments, the one or more target molecules include a cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from a plurality of different target genomic regions that are differentially methylated in at least one of a plurality of cancer, and a plurality of different polypeptides that are differentially expressed in at least one of the plurality of cancer types. Methods for training a classifier for detecting target molecules from a cancer are also provided.
