According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) for wireless communication may include: at least one memory; and at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the UE to: receive downlink (DL) reference signals (RSs) on a plurality of sets of DL RS resources, wherein each set of DL RS resources is associated with a respective array partition scheme for an antenna array, and each DL RS resource in a set of DL RS resources is associated with a respective subarray of the antenna array partitioned based on the respective array partition scheme associated with the set of DL RS resources; and transmit a channel state information (CSI) feedback indicating an index of a set of DL RS resources based on the received DL RSs.
