Abstract: The proposed method is an IoT-based LPG monitoring and safety system which has been designed to enhance household safety and automate gas management. The system utilizes MQ135 gas sensor for detecting leakage, a load cell for measuring cylinder weight and DHT22 sensor for monitoring environmental conditions. The system continuously monitors gas levels and sends real-time alerts through a mobile application and cloud platform. In case of gas leakage, it activates a buzzer and automatically cuts off the gas supply. Additionally, it enables automatic gas booking when the cylinder reaches a low level. This system ensures improved safety, efficient gas usage and reduced human effort.
