Abstract: In an example method, a first endpoint obtains information describing a graph structure of a machine learning, ML, model having a plurality of nodes. The first endpoint obtains split point information indicating a split of the model into a first sub-model and a second sub-model, wherein the split point information identifies one of the nodes as a split point node and indicates whether the split point node is in the first sub-model or the second sub-model. At a first endpoint, at least a first sub- model output is obtained by executing the first sub-mdel on a model input. The first endpoint sends the first sub-model output from the first endpoint to a second endpoint. The second endpoint may execute the second sub-model on the first sub-model outputs to obtain a model output.
