Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD OF USING AGRO-WASTE DERIVED SOYA-HUSK ASH AS A SUSTAINABLE SUPPLEMENTARY CEMENTITIOUS MATERIAL IN CONCRETE The present invention relates to a system (100) and method for producing a supplementary cementitious composition (200) utilizing soya husk ash derived from agro-waste soya husk biomass. The system (100) comprises a pre-processing unit (101), a controlled pyrolysis reactor (102) with a thermal profile controller (103), a quenching unit (104), a mechano-chemical activation mill (105) with acid leaching chamber (106), a silica enrichment module (107), and a blending unit (108) that homogenizes soya husk ash (201) with ordinary Portland cement (202), limestone filler (203), and a calcium hydroxide booster (204) to form the composition (200). The invention solves the technical problem of low reactive silica content and high alkali in conventional soya husk ash. The composition achieves fifteen to thirty percent cement replacement with improved compressive strength, reduced carbon footprint, and enhanced durability, applicable in structural, pavement, and precast concrete industries worldwide.
