The method utilizes multiple temperature sensors, including immersible and non-immersible types, strategically placed inside and outside the biogas digester to monitor both internal and external temperature variations. The system integrates a microcontroller, which processes the temperature data from the sensors and transmits it to an IoT platform, such as ThingSpeak, for remote monitoring and real-time data visualization. In case the internal temperature deviates from the optimal range, the system activates cooling mechanisms or introduces water into the digester to maintain a stable environment conducive to anaerobic digestion. This automated temperature control mechanism ensures that the biogas production process remains efficient and consistent, improving the overall yield and sustainability of the biogas generation system. Additionally, the system is designed to allow for easy scalability and integration with other sensors, making it suitable for various applications in renewable energy and environmental monitoring.
