Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for treating vascular plant diseases through controlled internal infusion of a plant-compatible therapeutic composition. The method comprises identifying a diseased vascular plant, determining disease severity and treatment requirement, selecting at least one infusion site on a stem, trunk, branch, cane, root crown, or other vascular portion of the plant, cleaning the infusion site, forming a controlled access opening into internal vascular tissue, inserting an infusion conduit, and delivering a predetermined quantity of therapeutic composition at a controlled infusion rate. The therapeutic composition may include antibacterial, antifungal, botanical, elicitor, nutrient-supportive, chelated, nanoformulated, or plant defense-inducing agents. After infusion, the conduit is removed and the access opening is sealed with a plant-compatible sealing material. The plant is monitored for recovery indicators including reduced wilting, improved turgor, new growth, reduced dieback, and reduced pathogen load. The method improves internal delivery efficiency and reduces environmental chemical exposure. (Accompanied Figure No. 1-2)
