Abstract: METHOD FOR THE DETECTION OF PANTOPRAZOLE SODIUM (EC) AND DOMPERIDONE (SR) BLENDED PELLETS DOSAGE FORM The present invention provides a reliable and efficient method for the routine quality analysis of pharmaceutical drugs Pantoprazole Sodium and Domperidone in combination. The method utilizes High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with specified chromatographic conditions, including a mobile phase of acetonitrile and phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) in a 35:65 ratio, a stainless-steel column with octadecylsilane-bonded silica (5 µm), a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and UV detection at 280 nm. Standard and test solutions are prepared by dissolving the drugs in methanol and diluting with the mobile phase. Quantitative determination is performed by injecting 20 µL of these solutions into the HPLC system and analyzing the chromatographic responses. The developed method ensures precise and reproducible measurement of active ingredients, making it ideal for quality control applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
