Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING 1,3,4-TRISUBSTITUTED PYRAZOLE DERIVATIVES AND 2-AMINO-1,3,4-THIADIAZOLES Disclosed herein a method for synthesizing 1,3,4-trisubstituted pyrazole derivatives (100), the method comprises providing 1,3-disubstituted-4-(alkyl/cycloalkylthio)-1H-pyrazole as a starting material. The method further comprising treating the starting material with magnesium bis(monoperoxyphthalate)hexahydrate (MMPP) under mild experimental conditions. Further, oxidizing the alkyl/cycloalkylthio group to form 4-(alkyl/cycloalkylsulfonyl)-1,3-disubstituted pyrazoles, wherein the reaction is carried out at a temperature range of 20°C to 40°C, reducing the generation of chemical waste.
