Abstract: Provided is a method for producing sintered ore, whereby it is possible to produce sintered ore with a good yield even when raw materials include a carbonaceous material having a lower reaction initiation temperature than coke breeze. The method for producing sintered ore includes: a transport process for transporting a sintering raw material including biomass using a transport unit; a suction process for sucking gas from below the sintering raw material; and an ignition process for igniting the sintering raw material from above the sintering raw material. The method for producing sintered ore includes: a stacking process for stacking the sintering raw material on the transport unit; and a mixed gas supplying process for supplying a mixed gas having an oxygen concentration lower than that of the atmosphere and having an oxygen concentration of 15 vol% or more toward an upper layer of the sintering raw material.
