Abstract: The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a new method for improving permeability of cells without breaking cells. According to this method for producing a cell processed product, a liquid is used as a pressure wave medium and pressure waves are applied at a predetermined pressure profile to the cells so as to cause partial damage on the surface layer of cells, resulting in improvement of cell permeability without breaking cells.
