Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing an alkylate from a hydrocarbon source of renewable origin, wherein the method comprises a step of alkylating a first olefin feedstock, which is at least partially of renewable origin, comprising C3 to C4 olefins, wherein a second feedstock comprises at least isobutane, wherein the second feedstock is obtained by partial or total hydrogenation of at least one fraction of the first olefin feedstock in order to obtain a first effluent comprising a bioalkylate, and wherein the alkylation step is carried out in the presence of an acid catalyst in liquid or solid form, at a temperature ranging from -3°C to 90°C, at a pressure ranging from 0.01 to 2.0 MPa absolute, and with a C3 to C4 olefin/isobutane ratio ranging from 8/1 to 20/1 by volume.
