MUMBAI, India, Oct. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202643111450 A) filed by Msrm Organics Private Limited on September 17, 2026, for Method For Preparing Micro Emulsifiable Concentrate Of Abamectin, Pyriproxyfen, And Tolfenpyrad For Pest Control.

Inventor includes Pabbathi Prasanth Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed towards a method for preparing a microemulsion (ME) agrochemical formulation comprising Abamectin, Pyriproxyfen, and Tolfenpyrad for pest control. The method includes receiving, analyzing, and approving raw materials, charging C9 solvent and cyclohexanone into a formulation tank, and blending the active ingredients followed by jet milling for reducing particle size and facilitating solubilization. The method further includes preparing an active liquid phase and an aqueous phase separately, sequentially incorporating BHT, seaweed extract, tea saponin, Unitop AF 711, propylene glycol, and 1-butanol under controlled stirring conditions, and combining the phases to obtain the microemulsion. The resulting formulation is subjected to quality-control and stability evaluation for verifying specification compliance before release for packing. The disclosed process provides a homogeneous, stable, and consistent microemulsion composition comprising Abamectin 1.2% w/w, Pyriproxyfen 7.0% w/w, and Tolfenpyrad 6.0% w/w.
