Abstract: The present invention discloses the method for predicting and enhancing psychological immunity in adolescents and youth. The method comprises various steps such as a) receiving physiological data from a smart watch or wearable device (110), b) analyzing the physiological data to predict changes in the user’s PI level based on real- time data (120), c) generating personalized interventions or suggestions when high stress levels are detected (130), d) engaging the user with gamified elements (140), and storing user data (150). The above mentioned method supports mental health and well-being among adolescents and youth. The method introduces significant improvements over traditional methods which use paper-pen based record keeping and are dependent on face to face meetings due to staff shortage. The present method can be used to empower young users by providing them with accessible tools to improve their stress management thereby improving overall mental well-being-all.
