The method for monitoring PVD processing includes: obtaining PVD processing data generated during processing a product using processing equipment; performing a feature extraction on PVD processing data to obtain PVD processing features, wherein the PVD processing data includes a plurality of PVD processing factors, and correspondingly, the PVD processing features include a plurality of PVD feature factors; inputting the plurality of PVD feature factors into a PVD processing prediction model to obtain a product demolding value. The above method may accurately predict a demolding situation of a product, so as to analyze the PVD processing factors that have an important influence on the product demolding value, thereby dynamically adjusting the processing equipment or the PVD processing prediction model to monitor important PVD processing factors in real time.
