Abstract: The present invention provides a method for measuring an immunosuppressant in whole blood by immunoassay, the method making it possible to suppress a non- specific reaction. More specifically, the present invention provides a method for measuring an immunosuppressant in whole blood, the method comprising (a) a step for mixing a treatment liquid and whole blood that could contain an immunosuppressant to prepare a mixed liquid, and (b) a step for measuring the concentration of the immunosuppressant in the mixed liquid by immunoassay. The treatment liquid contains an extractant. The treatment liquid furthermore contains a non-ionic surfactant having a polyoxyethylene alcohol structure at a concentration of 0.5-5 mass% and/or has a pH of 4.8-6.4.
