Abstract: Embodiments herein discloses a method for manufacturing full-body vitrified tiles (FBVT) using tile polishing waste (TPW) by preparing a tile batch composition having feldspar, quartz, white ball clay, MOR clay, china clay, locally sourced unwashed clay, and tile polishing waste (TPW) in powder form wet mixing the tile batch composition to obtain a homogeneous slurry, spray drying the homogeneous slurry to obtain granulated powder, pressing the granulated powder to form tile bodies, drying the tile bodies and firing the dried tile bodies to obtain full-body vitrified tiles.
