Abstract: A method for manufacturing onion pulp, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: generating a pulverized onion product by pulverizing onion so that sugar and sulfur components are removed from the onion; mixing mung bean powder and purified water in a predetermined ratio and stirring same; heating a first mixture in which the mung bean powder and the purified water are mixed; stirring the first mixture with the pulverized onion product; placing, on a molding frame, a final mixture including the mung bean powder, the purified water, and the pulverized onion product after stirring is completed, and molding same; and drying the final mixture after molding is completed.
