Abstract: Provided is a method for improving the productivity of biosynthetic superoxide dismutase (SOD). The method comprises: in a start phase, using a high yeast inoculum amount, adding a carbon source, a nitrogen source and a nutritive salt required for biosynthesis, increasing a dissolved oxygen value in a culture medium, and using an optimal temperature and an optimal pH value; and in a middle phase of biosynthesis, continuing adding the carbon source and the nitrogen source in fed-batch fashion, increasing the dissolved oxygen value in the culture medium, and continuously adding a copper- and zinc-containing salt to a fermentation tank in fed-batch fashion. The method increases the content of yeast and the content of SOD in the yeast, reduces the overall biosynthesis time, and finally improves the productivity of biosynthetic SOD.
