Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING AN INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM (ITS) IN A DYNAMIC VEHICLE ENVIRONMENT A method (100) for implementing an intelligent transportation system (ITS) in a dynamic vehicle environment. Further, the method comprising collecting vehicle-related data through Internet of Things (IoT) sensors on vehicles and roadside infrastructure, the data including vehicle behaviors and traffic conditions. Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of using federated learning (FL) to train local machine learning models on each vehicle based on the collected data, without sharing raw data with a central server. Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of aggregating the locally trained models at a central server to create a global model. Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of deploying the global model back to the vehicles for real-time decision-making, ensuring privacy and scalability in dynamic traffic conditions. FIG. 1
