Inventor includes Rajesh Ragupathy.
The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: The present invention introduces a novel method for automatic email ID generation using a mobile phone number on a mobile phone, via a mobile application and an email server, verified through a one-time password (OTP) and linked to the device’s IMEI number for enhanced security. This innovation simplifies email access, particularly benefiting rural and uneducated populations by eliminating the need for complex email ID creation allowing users to obtain an email address effortlessly without relying on complex character combinations. The system assigns a phone number as an alias email address, which is stored in an alias application store. Users can seamlessly send and receive emails through the mobile app, with communication routed via the mobile email server associated with a domain. The method supports multiple users, operates through cloud-based servers, and integrates application programming interfaces (APIs) for secure handling of personal information. This method enhances accessibility, security, and ease of use, making email services more inclusive for users with minimal digital literacy. [Fig. 1]
