Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for crop and fertilizer optimization using environmental data, aimed at improving agricultural productivity and resource efficiency. The method involves collecting environmental and soil parameters including nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), temperature, humidity, rainfall, and pH, and preprocessing the data through normalization and cleaning techniques. The processed data is utilized to train multiple machine learning models, which are combined using an ensemble learning approach to enhance prediction accuracy and robustness. The method predicts a suitable crop based on the analyzed environmental conditions and further recommends an appropriate fertilizer by evaluating soil nutrient deficiencies and crop requirements. In an embodiment, the system may be integrated with real-time data acquisition mechanisms such as Internet of Things (IoT)-based sensors to enable dynamic and location-specific recommendations. The invention provides a scalable and efficient decision support framework that reduces dependency on traditional farming practices, optimizes fertilizer usage, and promotes sustainable agriculture.
