Abstract: The present invention provides a method for automated clinical audit and decision support for monitoring compliance of radiology test reports under a prenatal diagnostic regulatory framework. Radiology test reports from obstetric and gynecological sonography examinations are received, converted into anonymized machine- readable text data, and preprocessed using linguistic normalization. Clinically relevant parameters are extracted and structured into a defined feature representation, which is processed using an artificial intelligence-based model. Statistical evaluation and multiple correlation analyses are performed to determine inter-relationships and identify primary parameters. Boundary-based segmentation and classification based on socio-economic and geographical attributes are applied to generate grouped analytical representations and rule-based associations evaluated using statistical measures. A composite analytical outcome is generated and compared with predefined compliance conditions to identify deviations and potential violations. Automated clinical audit outputs and structured audit reports are generated to provide compliance status, anomaly indication, and decision support information for regulatory monitoring and enforcement.
