Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TESTING THE INTEGRITY OF A STERILIZED MULTI-USE LIQUID FILTER The present invention relates to a method and system for testing the integrity of a sterilized multi-use liquid filter in a sterile environment. A liquid filtration system includes primary and secondary multi-use sterilizable filters connected between a liquid inlet and outlet. Sterile compressed gas is supplied through a gas filter device, and valves in a zero-dead-leg valve block arrangement are selectively actuated to isolate individual filters. Integrity testing is performed post-sterilization and prior to use using non-destructive techniques including bubble point, diffusion, or pressure hold testing, with results evaluated by an integrity evaluation device. The system incorporates permanent sterile connections, sensors, and automated control to maintain sterility without disassembly. The multi-use membrane filters are configured to withstand repeated cleaning, sterilization and testing cycles, reducing recurring cost associated with single-use components. Product-compatible liquids may be used as a testing medium to avoid dilution of the final product. Fig. 1
