Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR STRUCTURAL REVIEW OF CHECKLIST TABLES IN ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS A method (400) and system (100) for structural review of checklist tables in an electronic document (300) are disclosed. A processor (104) accesses the electronic document including a plurality of tables. Checklist applicability data is identified in the electronic document. The plurality of tables is traversed to identify one or more checklist tables based on at least one predefined table-identification rule. One or more applicable table elements is determined within the checklist tables based on checklist applicability data. One or more checklist deviations are detected in the one or more applicable table elements by applying a predefined set of validation rules to checklist-table data contained in the one or more table elements. At least one table element of one or more checklist tables is modified by applying conditional formatting based on one or more checklist deviations. A consolidated review output identifying the one or more checklist deviations is generated. [
