This system/method is designed to overcome the limitations of traditional manual inspection methods, which are hazardous, time-consuming, and inadequate for detecting sudden hazardous conditions such as overflow, toxic gas accumulation, or cover displacement. By integrating multiple sensors with wireless communication and cloud connectivity, the invention enables continuous remote monitoring, instant alerts, and data-driven maintenance for municipal authorities.
