Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system (100) for providing dynamic and automated assistance to a user in diagnosing a vehicle related query, which enhances vehicle service agent performance. The method comprises the steps of: listening actively to a voice-based query from a user, converting the voice-based query into a textual information to identify a vehicle specification data, transferring the identified vehicle specification data with an essence of voice-based query to multiple historical databases (112), analyse the historical databases (112) to extract data relevant to the context of the voice-based query from the user, and generating a customized solution to the user by dynamically performing the extracted data and further iterations in the historical databases (112) addressing the voice-based query from the user. The present invention is capable of generating real-time data and responses tailored to user queries with reduced Average Handling Time (AHT) and Case Resolution time of the vehicle service agent.
